The hotel offers lovely rooms with a nice selection of rose petals and the best water closets for added privacy. It would be even better if some rooms had balconies. The service was top-notch, with shops and commercial services available, a welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is ideal, being centrally located in Konstanz, close to various restaurants and shops. The dining experience included regional products, and the facilities were well-maintained. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money.
